IndexTrade was one of the first online financial spread betting companies on the Web in 1999. I was employed to bring the company out of its financial troubles, resume trading and make a success of the business. Within 14 months, the company had generated enough trading income to pay it debts and further develop it’s Intellectual Property software to make the company competitive again. In Dec 2004 I negotiated the sale of the company’s IP to Tradition Ltd, one of Europe’s largest inter-dealer brokers.
